CRUDE PALM OIL

Extracted from the fresh fruit bunches of the oil palm, Crude Palm Oil is a reddish-orange oil rich in carotenoids and natural antioxidants. It serves as a vital raw material for refineries producing refined palm products.

RBD PALM OIL

RBD Palm Oil is processed to remove impurities, color, and odor, resulting in a neutral and stable oil. It is widely used in food production, confectionery, and cosmetics due to its versatility and long shelf life.

RBD PALM OLIEN

RBD Palm Olein is the liquid fraction obtained from refined palm oil through fractionation. Known for its clarity and frying stability, it is the preferred choice for edible cooking oils globally.

PALM OIL PRODUCTION PROCESS

Every stage is handled with care to ensure consistent quality, sustainability, and purity in every drop of oil we produce.

FRESH FRUIT BUNCH COLLECTION

Fresh fruit bunches (FFB) are carefully harvested from selected palm plantations at the right stage of ripeness. To preserve maximum oil content and quality, the fruits are transported to the mill within 24 hours of harvesting. This quick delivery helps prevent oxidation and maintains the freshness needed for premium oil extraction.

STERILIZATION

Once the fruit bunches arrive at the mill, they undergo sterilization using high-pressure steam. This process deactivates enzymes that could spoil the oil, loosens the fruits from their bunches, and softens the pulp. Proper sterilization also reduces the formation of free fatty acids, which helps improve oil stability and shelf life.

STRIPPING & PRESSING

After sterilization, the fruits are stripped from the bunch and mechanically pressed using high-efficiency extractors. This step separates the crude oil from the fibrous material and nuts. The extracted oil — known as Crude Palm Oil (CPO) — is then filtered to remove impurities before being sent for further refining.

REFINING

The Crude Palm Oil is refined through a multi-step process involving degumming, bleaching, and deodorization. These treatments remove unwanted odours, colours, and impurities to produce Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized (RBD) Palm Oil — a high-quality, golden oil suitable for both food and industrial use.

FRACTIONATION

The RBD Palm Oil is cooled and filtered in a controlled environment to separate it into two main fractions: RBD Palm Olein and RBD Palm Stearin. Olein remains liquid at room temperature, making it ideal for cooking oil, while Stearin solidifies easily and is widely used in margarine, soap, and candle production.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

The final oil products are packaged under strict hygiene and quality standards, using materials that preserve freshness and prevent contamination. Each batch is clearly labeled, tested, and prepared for shipment — ensuring reliable delivery to clients across both local and international markets.
