BGST Resources Sdn. Bhd. (1191579 K) is an import-export company that was established in 2011.We conduct 80% of our import trade with China. For exports, we dominate the markets in Asia, the Middle East, and South America. We hold certificates from the Royal Malaysian Customs as customs agents, are registered with the Ministry of Finance, and are recognized by Matrade as an international export company.

In 2020, we were honored with the 'Made for the World' award, recognizing our contribution to Malaysia's economic development on the international stage during the pandemic. BGST is also featured in the Britishpedia encyclopedia as a successful Malaysian company that has thrived and sustained growth for over a decade. Our achievements have been covered extensively by print, digital, and electronic media, including Sinar Harian, The Vocket, RTM, Astro, and invitations as guest speakers at various government and private entrepreneurship events.

The company is headed by En Syahrul Izat Bin Mohamed Yunus and Puan Zuria Binti Abdullah, who over the years have built the trust of their customers through hard work and persistence. Thus establishing a good and strong name for the company and becoming more well known to prospective new customers.

Through our experience, we've found that China is a 'gold mine' for traders not only in Malaysia but worldwide. With competitively priced goods, China has become the major exporter of their products to other countries, including the United States and Europe. Furthermore, the quality of goods from China has improved in recent years.

However, there are certain things to learn before making bulk purchases there. Wholesalers need to be well-prepared before going, understanding the right buying methods, shipping goods to Malaysia, and more. Language and cultural barriers, without complete knowledge, often lead to challenges for wholesalers.

BGST Resources is also working to bring small traders directly to China to encourage them to purchase directly from the source without intermediaries. This is to change the mindset and perception that buying in China requires significant capital and the need to import at least one container. We also aim to correct misconceptions about goods in China, such as the belief that they are of low quality or that China practices closed policies.
